Legal and Court Case Update
The Legal & Court Case Update section of the BVU tracks business valuation court decisions nationwide on the federal and state level, including "landmark" opinions from the tax court and Delaware Chancery. Each month we feature approximately 7-10 new cases and provide valuation experts for each party.

We research the experts' names beyond what the original opinion includes, and solicit commentary where appropriate - information you can't get anywhere else.
